As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will report to an Engineer or Senior Engineer and assist Site Engineers in providing setting out and engineering control on site. Your responsibilities will include participating in creating a safe working environment, assisting in site engineering control and setting out activities, completing diary sheets with photographic evidence, assisting in material reconciliations, ensuring surveying equipment calibration, carrying out as-built surveys, supporting the production of 2D and 3D site sketches, and maintaining quality records in accordance with Inspection & Test Plans.

This role is available for a September 2026 start, with the possibility of an earlier start date to suit both yourself and the business. You will be expected to work in and around the advertised locations, with potential travel to other projects in the future, which may include overnight stays away from home.

Requirements

Experience
Passion for the civil engineering industry. No specific prior experience required as this is a graduate programme designed to develop your skills.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, achieved or on track to be completed prior to September 2026.
A full UK driving licence (or currently learning, with expectation to obtain full licence by 7th September 2026).
Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction.
