About the Role
Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Geotechnical or Geoenvironmental Engineer in our Glasgow office, contributing to ground assessment, geotechnical and geoenvironmental work across a range of infrastructure, water and community-focused projects. You will be part of a friendly and collaborative ground assessment team, applying your skills to real-world challenges and delivering high-quality outputs for clients. Your core responsibilities will include supporting ground investigations, site characterisation, preparing ground investigation specifications and reports, assessing geotechnical laboratory data, preparing ground models, and supporting fundamental geotechnical design calculations. Working within experienced multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate with technical specialists across the company and develop your technical capability through varied project work. We are committed to supporting your professional qualifications and accreditation, with pathways including ICE, GSL and/or IES depending on your focus.
