Bromley and surrounding areas, travelling to sites across the London area including Tulse Hill.

Monday to Friday, 7:30AM to 3:30PM or 8AM to 4:30PM
Salary
£29,120 per annum
About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will join our Grounds Maintenance teams working across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites, and sheltered accommodation. Responsibilities include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep. You will operate machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers safely, maintain tools and equipment, and drive company vehicles to access multiple sites. Seasonal duties such as leaf clearing, frost protection, and site preparation for different weather conditions will also be part of your role. Experience
Experience using gardening power tools and operating machinery such as mowers and strimmers is essential. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures is required.

Qualifications
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role to enable travel between sites and operation of company vehicles.
