About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will join our Grounds Maintenance teams working across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites, and sheltered accommodation. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep. You will operate machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers safely and maintain tools and equipment. Driving company vehicles to transport equipment and access multiple sites will be required. Seasonal duties such as leaf clearing, frost protection, and site preparation for different weather conditions will also be part of your role. Experience
Experience in using gardening power tools and grounds maintenance tasks is essential.

Qualifications
