About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces across numerous housing sites are well-maintained and presented. You will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, weeding flower beds and pathways, and general upkeep such as clearing debris. Operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently is essential, following all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

You will join the Soft FM team based in Canning Town, which provides cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services throughout the Tower Hamlets area. This role requires physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Experience
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is essential.

About you
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good knowledge of horticultural practices including planting, pruning, and weed control.
Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the public.

Qualifications
Valid full driving licence is essential.
Understanding of and compliance with health and safety regulations relevant to grounds maintenance.
