About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces across numerous housing sites are well-maintained and presented. You will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, weeding flower beds and pathways, and performing general upkeep such as clearing debris. You will operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently, following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

You will join our Soft FM team, which provides cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to maintain community assets. This is a temporary position covering until November 7th. A full driving licence is essential as you will be required to drive company vehicles to access multiple sites.

Experience
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is required.

About you
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Good knowledge of horticultural practices including planting, pruning, and weed control.
Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the public.
Committed to following health and safety regulations relevant to grounds maintenance.

Qualifications
Valid full driving licence is essential.
