About the Role
Pinnacle Group are looking for a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will join our Grounds Maintenance teams working across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep. You will operate machinery such as mowers, strimmers and leaf blowers safely, maintain tools and equipment, and drive company vehicles to access multiple sites. Seasonal duties such as leaf clearing, frost protection, and site preparation for different weather conditions will also be part of your role. If you have a keen eye for detail, are physically fit, and have a strong work ethic, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful, safe outdoor environments.

Experience
Experience in using gardening power tools is essential. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures is required.
