About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces across numerous housing sites are well-maintained and presented. You will carry out a variety of landscaping tasks including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, weeding flower beds and pathways, and performing general upkeep such as clearing debris. You will safely operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, following all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

You will join our Soft FM team responsible for cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well cared for. This is a temporary position covering until November 7th.

Experience
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is essential.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Good knowledge of horticultural practices including planting, pruning, and weed control.
Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the public.

Qualifications
A valid full driving licence is essential.
Understanding of and compliance with health and safety regulations relevant to grounds maintenance.
