About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our Soft Facilities Management Grounds Maintenance teams based in the Harlesden and Wembley area. You will be responsible for ensuring outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites and sheltered accommodation. Your duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep. This role involves driving company vehicles to transport plant, machinery and equipment, using gardening equipment, powered hand tools and ride-on machinery, basic flower bed maintenance, salt and grit spreading to keep pathways safe, and maintaining vehicles and gardening machinery. Our Soft Facilities Management division supports homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations, focusing on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments with a strong commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Experience
Professional grounds maintenance or gardening experience is required. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures is essential.
