About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. You will join our Grounds Maintenance teams working across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites, and sheltered accommodation. Your responsibilities will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep. You will also be expected to safely operate machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers, maintain tools and equipment, and drive company vehicles to access multiple sites. Seasonal duties such as leaf clearing, frost protection, and site preparation for different weather conditions will also form part of your role.

Experience
Experience in using gardening power tools and grounds maintenance equipment is required.

Qualifications
A full UK driving licence is essential. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures is required.
