About the Role
We are seeking a Homecharge Operations Coordinator on a 6-month fixed term contract to join Pod Point. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the smooth operation of our homecharge services. You will work closely with various teams to ensure efficient delivery and excellent customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading electric vehicle charging company in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Experience
Previous experience in operations coordination or a similar administrative role is desirable but not essential. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are important.

You are proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable adapting to changing priorities.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are required for this role, although relevant experience or education in operations, administration or customer service will be advantageous.
