About the Role
Our Horticulture Customer Advisors play an essential role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across our stores. You will drive sales, promote customer loyalty, provide expert plant advice, and maintain high department standards. Key responsibilities include delivering inspirational gardening standards through excellent service, driving sales through customer interactions while promoting the benefits of the Dobbies Club membership, and offering support with customer queries using your high-quality product knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants, machinery, and core gardening products. You will work closely with your team to ensure the department is kept to a high standard. Additionally, you may be required to assist on the shop floor and in other store areas such as stock handling, cash handling, till work, take-to-car deliveries, stock control routines, and restaurant service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and gain valuable experience.
