About the Role
As our HSE Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the implementation of our Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) strategy. You'll work closely with the Senior HSE Advisor to promote a positive safety culture, ensure legal compliance, and support continuous improvement across all HSE activities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about safety, who enjoys working collaboratively across all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures
- Assist with legislative compliance and HSE management systems
- Carry out audits, inspections, and monitoring activities
- Support incident investigations, corrective actions, and reporting
- Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions
- Support waste management and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Contribute to HSE committee meetings, promoting engagement and safety culture
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
- Support emergency arrangements and physical site security
- Participate in internal and external audits and site visits
- Work proactively to identify opportunities for improvement and share best practice

Experience
Basic knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental practices or relevant operational exposure.
About you
Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills.

Confidence using technology and digital systems.
A passion for learning and developing HSE expertise.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant HSE training or certifications would be advantageous.
