About the Role

As an Information Manager, you will support the development of strategies, standards and management plans and undertake delivery of the Information Management (IM) discipline for client projects and programmes to ensure efficient information management and successful outcomes. You will deliver IM process and system training and act as the supporting Lead for IM on projects and programmes. You will develop and implement processes described within ISO 19650, including how information is produced and assured for digital delivery.

You will be responsible for defining and delivering IM strategies, standards (including ISO 19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programmes. You will establish and manage the project or programme IM function following the defined strategy, standards and processes. Training project and programme colleagues in IM practices and processes, driving awareness and continuous improvement will be key aspects of your role. You will manage the assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts submitted and stored, line manage, coach and support the IM team working on the project as direct and indirect reports. Additionally, you will contribute to the global Digital Centre of Excellence including body of knowledge, processes and case studies, contribute to bids in terms of IM strategies and solutions, and support the set-up, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE).

Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, you will share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Requirements

Experience
Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator, and others. Proven experience in delivering IM strategies and managing IM functions on projects or programmes. Experience contributing to bids and global centres of excellence is desirable.

Qualifications
Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM or Associate of Information Managers (or OE equivalent). ISO 19650 certification is essential.
