Central London with hybrid working and the possibility to work from your nearest Walk Wheel Cycle Hub.

Hours
Full Time - 37.5 hours per week. Flexible working arrangements are welcomed and open for discussion.

Salary
£37,142 per annum (pro rata for part time)

About the Role
As the IT Project and Programme Manager at Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, you will lead and organise the Healthy Organisation programme, ensuring clarity on tasks, responsibilities, and progress tracking across the organisation. You will maintain structured governance and provide regular updates to ensure smooth programme delivery. Additionally, you will plan, manage, and lead IT projects including new systems and infrastructure, guiding each project from initiation to completion while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of goals. Your role focuses on clear, well-organised project management to successfully deliver outcomes that advance and modernise the charity. This position offers the opportunity to lead organisational change projects that make a meaningful difference.

Requirements

Experience
- Proven experience in project management including planning, budget management, and risk handling.
- Ability to organise work clearly, track costs, and identify and manage potential issues early.
- Experience working effectively with senior colleagues, building strong relationships, and supporting decision-making processes.

Qualifications
- A recognised project management qualification such as Prince2 or AgilePM is required.
- Disclosure: Basic/Enhanced/DBS checks are not required for this role as it does not involve working with school or community groups.
