About the Role
Join Belltown Power UK’s dynamic team to help develop utility scale wind farms and solar parks across the UK that address the climate emergency, enhance local biodiversity, and support communities, schools, and local economies. Your responsibilities will include site identification using GIS mapping, stakeholder engagement and management including landowners and grid operators, contracting and managing specialist consultants, compiling grid and planning applications, conducting site visits primarily in Scotland and Wales, resolving development challenges, contributing to site identification and design tools, and supporting the wider team as needed. This office-based role involves some travel for site inspections and offers broad, hands-on experience across all aspects of renewable energy development.
Experience
Prior experience in renewables, project management, GIS mapping, or basic computer programming is advantageous but not required. Belltown recruits for potential over experience.
