About the Role
Are you looking for an opportunity to build a career in Environmental, Health & Safety while making a real impact in a manufacturing environment? Join a flexible, adaptable and growth-oriented Environmental, Health & Safety team where you can contribute to site safety and compliance. You will be part of a close-knit team of three professionals committed to supporting your learning and development from day one.

This role is focused on EHS administration and coordination activities within a manufacturing site. Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Environmental, Health & Safety function, maintaining EHS records, training documentation, compliance data and department databases. You will coordinate Health & Safety training activities and occupational health appointments, support reporting, tracking and follow-up of incidents, near misses and corrective actions, and prepare EHS reports, presentations and performance metrics for site leadership.

Additional duties involve participating in workplace inspections, audits and risk assessment activities across the manufacturing site, working closely with employees, contractors and managers to promote a positive safety culture, coordinating waste management activities and maintaining environmental compliance records. You will also spend time within the production environment to understand operations and support practical EHS improvements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, confident, driven and proactive individual who enjoys challenges, takes ownership, demonstrates initiative and is motivated to deliver results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
