We are seeking suitably qualified Landscape Architects and Landscape Planners with a diverse track record to join the UK Landscape & Urban Design team. Our passionate and motivated team operates across all regions of the UK. We value integrity and professionalism aligned with creativity and vision. As part of the UK Environment business, the successful candidate will join a diverse, collaborative team and work alongside colleagues across the UK and abroad, becoming an integral part of a vibrant, ambitious, and friendly team.
As a Landscape Architect, you will lead design projects including urban realm and mixed-use developments through all LI/RIBA stages, generally working in a BIM level 2 environment. As a Landscape Planner, you will lead, author, and coordinate Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading landscape and visual impact appraisals and assessments
- Acting as landscape design lead on multi-disciplinary projects
- Supporting the development of relationships with existing and new clients in public and private sectors
- Preparing bids ranging from small to complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Managing and delegating project work to junior team members
- Client-facing role involving design advice, leading workshops, and stakeholder events
- Joining internal multi-disciplinary working groups promoting innovation, excellence, and thought leadership
Experience
- Established track record authoring Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments
- Proven success delivering landscape and urban design projects from initial site analysis and concept design through to detailed design including production of information for planning and construction
- Experience working in a BIM level 2 environment is preferred

Qualifications
- Degree level qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent
- Postgraduate Diploma or Masters qualification in Landscape Architecture or recognised equivalent
- Proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley software and Adobe Creative Suite
