About the Role
Ph Water & Air Technologies is seeking a Lead HVAC Commissioning Engineer to join our expanding team. Since 2004, we have built a reputation for quality workmanship and strong client relationships, driven by our experienced engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for commissioning HVAC systems across commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Your key duties will include commissioning, testing, and balancing HVAC systems to ensure they meet client specifications, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. You will coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, provide technical support and guidance, conduct air and water balancing, and prepare comprehensive commissioning documentation. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to system performance improvements and energy efficiency enhancements.

Experience
Proven experience as an HVAC Commissioning Engineer with strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems including chilled water, heating, ventilation, ASHP/CHP systems. Familiarity with HVAC commissioning tools and BMS systems such as Trend is essential.
About you
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently or collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Health and safety aware with a full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to various sites. Ability to mentor junior engineers and support training initiatives.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications such as CSA, NVQ Level 3 in HVAC, City & Guilds or equivalent. Solid understanding of industry standards and regulations including BSRIA, CIBSE, and HVCA commissioning practices.
