40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 6:45am - 3:15pm (30 mins unpaid lunch)

£27,976.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits

About the Role
Join Veolia and help make a positive impact on the environment and local communities. This role is predominantly a loader position with occasional driving duties using a 3.5T van. Responsibilities include heavy lifting and manual handling of trade waste bins and containers, moving and repositioning heavy commercial bins and euro containers, and servicing commercial premises such as shops, businesses, and industrial sites. You will complete daily vehicle walkaround checks, report defects, and adhere to all road traffic legislation and company health & safety policies. Accurate record keeping, including driver defect reports and tachograph compliance, is essential. The role requires working outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year.

Experience
Similar operational manual handling experience is required.

About You
You must hold a full standard car driving licence (category B). You should be physically fit to carry out heavy lifting and manual handling tasks. A responsible and safety-conscious attitude is essential, along with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
