The LTQR Lead is responsible for delivery and compliance with LTQR processes and procedures for documents, records and physical samples associated with designated projects and multi-disciplinary teams (MDT). The role requires a range of technical skills, management and communication abilities, construction/installation/commissioning and end-user stakeholder awareness, demonstration of contractual requirements, and knowledge of EDF/NNB standard project arrangements and quality control procedures.
Key responsibilities include gathering and validating data for monthly records dashboards, supporting management system documentation authoring, facilitating workshops, compiling findings, producing quality records dashboards for various audiences, providing regular progress reporting to Quality Document, Records and Completions management, identifying gaps and proposing improvements, preparing materials for engagement with Nuclear and Environmental Regulators, defining and implementing solutions and monitoring their effectiveness, championing Records Management Processes across the project and with external stakeholders, assisting suppliers and QMLs in partitioning strategies and LDRC population, tracking submission of records documents and physical samples in line with agreed schedules, and liaising with MDT stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of LTQRs including organizing reviews in coordination with QMLs, QDMs and distribution managers.
Additional tasks may be assigned by Records Branch managers as required.
Experience
Extensive experience delivering large, complex projects including Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical and Industrial sectors with specialisms such as welding or coatings. Experience operating in a high security environment. Proven project management skills and experience using Electronic Document Management Systems.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, I&C or equivalent. Vocational training and specialist qualifications such as Level 3 Welding qualification or equivalent, Level 3 diploma in Electrical installations or equivalent, coating qualifications (e.g. Accredited member of AMPP or equivalent). Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools.
