As a Management Accountant, you will provide leadership in all aspects of financial reporting and financial control for our Hertfordshire region. You will be a key member of the Finance team, working closely with operational management to deliver accurate financial information.

Your responsibilities will include the production and analysis of monthly management accounts, preparation of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure audit readiness, and preparation of forecasts, budgets, and Long Term Plans in conjunction with the General Manager, Finance Manager, and Financial Controller. You will control and report on capital expenditure, perform financial analysis of operational data and KPIs, conduct post-investment financial reviews, and analyse long-term financial performance. Additionally, you will work with clients on contract performance and adapt to any changes in service.

Experience
A fully qualified ACCA or CIMA Accountant with previous relevant experience. Previous experience in business partnering is preferable. Good working knowledge of spreadsheets and broad system skills, preferably with working knowledge of Workday and SAP.

Qualifications
