You will work closely with the Centre Manager, Finance Manager, and Engagement & Outreach Manager, line manage the Administration Officer, and support a committed team of staff and volunteers.

Key responsibilities include overseeing building management, health and safety, data protection, contractor liaison, and maintenance; implementing operational improvements to increase efficiency and revenue generation; managing budgets related to building income and expenditure; maintaining volunteer engagement systems; contributing to strategic objectives and monitoring, evaluation and learning; leading fundraising operations; and deputising for the Centre Manager when required.
