About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Operations Manager to lead the delivery of an efficient and effective domestic waste collection service. This is a key leadership role where you will shape and implement our service operating model, working collaboratively with stakeholders to modernise and continuously improve front-line services.
You will lead and inspire operational teams to deliver safe, customer-focused, and high-performing services. Embedding core operating principles into day-to-day practice while maintaining flexibility to respond to emerging priorities using a risk-based approach will be essential.
Driving performance improvement and value for money, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence, and championing continuous improvement and innovation across the service are key aspects of this role. You will ensure agility and responsiveness to changing needs as part of your leadership.

Experience
Proven experience managing front-line or logistics-based services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage change effectively.
A track record of challenging performance and delivering results in a customer-focused environment.
