About the Role
A leading building company is seeking a technically minded Partner Coach to support and develop its growing network of installation and technology partners. This varied role involves helping partners plan and implement smart lighting systems for domestic installations as well as solving automation requirements for commercial and industrial projects. You will become a trusted point of contact, assisting partners to develop their technical knowledge, deliver successful projects, and build stronger businesses. The role suits someone with practical experience in a technical trade who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and applying technology to real-world projects.

Experience
Minimum of three years' practical experience within a technical trade. Relevant backgrounds include electrical, security, AV, networking, or similar technical disciplines. Existing networking knowledge is required, whether gained academically or through practical experience.
