Hours
37.5 hours per week, rotating shifts: 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, and 10pm - 6am, changing weekly. Shift allowance for anti-social hours to be confirmed.

About the Role
The new Plastics Recycling Facility (PRF) processes up to 200,000 tonnes of non-hazardous plastics annually through manual separation, size reduction, automatic sorting, granulation, cleaning, washing, and baling or bagging. As a Picking Operative, you will perform quality control inspections to ensure proper separation by identifying and removing specified materials from designated picking lines. You will operate sorting equipment and machinery, help maintain a tidy site, meet output specifications according to client and customer targets, communicate operational information to the plant shift supervisor, and follow safety protocols while wearing appropriate PPE. Experience
Previous operational or manual handling experience is preferred.
