About the Role
Stantec’s Water business is expanding, and we are seeking Wastewater Process Engineers with experience in the water sector at various levels, from Engineer and Senior Process Engineer through to Principal Process Engineer and Associate Director. With ongoing investment in the UK water sector, you will support a wide range of projects across the Midlands, helping clients improve wastewater treatment performance, increase treatment capacity, meet environmental requirements, and deliver resilient, sustainable infrastructure for the future. Depending on your experience, opportunities may include developing process solutions, leading technical delivery, providing design assurance, managing client relationships, mentoring engineers, or contributing to strategic direction and business growth. You will work alongside specialists across the Water business, contributing to technically challenging projects and delivering solutions that make a lasting difference to communities and the environment. Previous water sector experience is essential. Experience
Previous experience in the water sector is essential, specifically in wastewater treatment processes, process design and calculations, technical assessments, and multidisciplinary project delivery. Experience levels from Engineer to Associate Director are considered.

You are a water sector professional with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering sustainable wastewater solutions. You are capable of working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and can manage client relationships effectively. You are motivated to contribute to business growth and mentor junior engineers where applicable.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in engineering or related disciplines are expected, aligned with your level of experience in wastewater process engineering.
