About the Role
As a Procurement Manager at Mace, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders and leaders to deliver key workstreams and initiatives on time and to expectation. You will supervise daily team activities, ensuring achievement of agreed targets and objectives. Your responsibilities include relationship management, due diligence, company and market understanding, and driving value through process, performance, and commercial activities. You will develop and implement plans, coordinate team activities, and provide support to ensure successful delivery. This role also involves working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, sharing responsibility for proactively identifying and managing associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Experience
Proven experience in procurement within construction or related markets. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen are essential. Experience working with Microsoft Office tools and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

About you
Demonstrates strong influence and relationship skills. Knowledgeable about construction and market dynamics. Motivated to contribute to sustainability goals, particularly net zero carbon transition. Able to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities to meet targets and KPIs.

Qualifications
CIPS qualification underway. GCSE (or equivalent) and A level (or equivalent) qualifications required.
