About the Role
Wood Thilsted is a boutique engineering consultancy specialising in foundation design and project development within the offshore wind energy industry. Operating globally across Northern Europe, North America, and Asia, we deliver foundation designs and expertise for industry-leading projects and clients. Our culture values technical excellence, knowledge sharing, mutual trust, and a great social atmosphere. We currently employ over 160 staff based mainly in the UK and Denmark, with offices in Poland, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea.
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a seasoned Project Administrator to join our London office, supporting projects across the business.
The Project Excellence and Governance (PE&G) team coordinates project support company-wide by creating, maintaining, and improving standard project documentation, tools, and processes. This enables Project Managers and project teams to focus on innovative work and achieve excellence in delivery. The team’s main responsibilities include project support, process implementation and improvement, and wider company support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project document control, including client transmittals, queries, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
- Managing project email accounts, routing emails to appropriate team members and ensuring timely action
- Organising meeting agendas and minutes
- Generating and presenting key project data and information using Project Accounting software and extracting data from trackers and registers for client progress reviews
- Providing invoicing support across projects
- Producing project reports and insights for client updates
- Providing resource management support to department heads, leads, and project managers on ad hoc requests
- Reviewing and creating processes independently or collaboratively to ensure alignment with company and client requirements
In return, we offer excellent opportunities to influence your daily work, develop new competences, and work on interesting projects. Wood Thilsted is committed to a supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone can be their best. We are result-oriented, innovation-driven, and focused on excellence in delivery, offering competitive compensation and flexible working hours.
