About the Role
As the Transforming the Thames Project Coordinator, you will play a key role supporting an ambitious partnership programme aimed at restoring coastal habitats across the Greater Thames Estuary. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings and working groups, recording actions and minutes, managing project systems, coordinating partner contributions, and supporting grant administration and reporting.

Transforming the Thames envisions a restored, reconnected, and resilient Thames Estuary, creating an outstanding coastal wetland for communities and wildlife. Led by ZSL, this programme unites industry, government, environmental organisations, local nature partnerships, and landowners to protect, repair, and restore habitats and reconnect the fragmented estuary.

This is a fixed-term contract starting in early January 2027. Interviews are provisionally scheduled for 9th and 10th December 2026.
