KBR is seeking a Project Director - EPCm responsible for the technical and commercial delivery of projects within KBR’s Project Portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Projects, you will deliver FEED and Detailed Design projects across the value chain, primarily focusing on LNG projects in greenfield/grassroots and brownfield environments.
Typical assignments include leadership roles on large single projects (such as detailed design or grassroots FEED) or managing a portfolio of smaller projects for single or multiple clients. Key responsibilities include assuring safe project execution consistent with cost, schedule, and contractual requirements while maintaining financial success; delivering expected results for financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget, and schedule performance; serving as the prime point of contact between client and company; building and sustaining project delivery teams across multiple locations and time zones; supporting pursuit of new work through client meetings, presentations, and proposals; managing project risk; reporting project status and forecasts; identifying resource requirements; planning and maintaining project execution plans; training and mentoring the next generation of LNG project professionals.

Experience
- Demonstrable track record in technical and commercial roles on LNG projects, preferably in both greenfield/grassroots and brownfield environments.
- Experience leading large single projects or portfolios of smaller projects.
- Knowledge of C3MR process and preferably multiple other LNG process technologies/licensors.
- Experience working with construction subcontractors including pre-enquiry engagement, evaluation, and execution management.
- Proven ability to manage project risk, financial performance, and contract administration including change orders and risk management.
- Track record of project delivery in a range of global locations.
- Experience with Earned Value reporting and implementing technical corrective actions.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
- Professional Engineering qualification and/or project management qualification (e.g., PMP or AMP).
- Engagement and influencing skills to gain confidence of senior and executive management as well as multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
