About the Role
As a Project Manager at Mott MacDonald, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects across appraisal, planning, detailed design, construction, and delivery phases. You will ensure compliance with Client and Mott MacDonald processes including Project Management, Health & Safety, Commercial, Risk & Value, and Budget management. Key responsibilities include managing project risks and opportunities, taking effective mitigation measures, being accountable for commercial objectives, maintaining excellent communication with clients and programme teams, managing project programmes, working with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring efficient project close out, and leading delivery teams and key stakeholders. You will work within the Water and Environment sector, delivering capital projects ranging from several hundred thousand pounds to major programmes worth over £0.5bn. Experience
- Project management experience across a range of high risk, high complexity, and high value projects and programmes
- Strong focus on internal and external stakeholder management and complex risk management
- Experience managing projects within the Water and Environment sector
- Practical experience with NEC contracts and CDM regulations
- Ability to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the nominated office

Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or project management subject
- Full Membership or working towards full membership of a relevant chartered body (e.g. MAPM, ChPP, MCIWEM, MICE, MCIOB, MRICS)
- NEC ECC PM Accreditation is desirable
- Experience across the full project lifecycle is desirable
- Experience working in the environment and water sector is desirable
