About the Role

These projects range in value from £500k to over £10 million per annum and are supported by internal funds and external grants. You will be responsible for mobilising and delivering projects, ensuring consultation, engagement, quality, legislative compliance, and commercial management processes are adhered to and properly recorded. The role requires regular presence in Camden offices and frequent visits to Camden project sites. Flexible working is available within these requirements. Experience managing projects associated with significant grant funding such as SHDF 2.1, SHF W3, or ECO, including grant compliance and monitoring, is advantageous. You will demonstrate a commitment to service excellence and positive resident engagement, with the ability to manage design and specialist professional teams. Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to anticipate and facilitate change to meet project requirements are essential. A client-focused, professional, and polished approach is expected.
