About the Role
We are seeking qualified Carpenters to join a permanent team working across Walthamstow and the surrounding area. This immediate requirement is for experienced carpenters who can work independently and deliver high-quality carpentry work. The role offers either a day rate or price-work arrangement, depending on experience. This opportunity is exclusively available to residents of Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Newham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest.

Experience
Proven professional carpentry experience required. Experience working on housing maintenance or refurbishment projects is desirable. Experience with a range of first and second fix carpentry and undertaking price work is advantageous.

About You
Reliable, professional and able to work independently. Good understanding of site health and safety. Immediate availability is preferred. Full UK driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications
Level 2 Carpentry qualification required. Blue Skilled CSCS Card required. £5 million Public Liability Insurance required. Right to work in the UK.
