About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will ensure effective implementation of the quality management system, meeting all statutory, legal and contractual requirements. You will engage stakeholders to drive compliance, strengthen risk management and support a resilient, high-performing business. Acting as a key enabler of organisational change and continuous improvement, your responsibilities will include delivering elements of the annual plan to agreed time and budget, managing internal and external audits, reporting insights and actions, investigating non-conformance and driving corrective improvements, maintaining and improving management system content, analysing and presenting quality data and metrics, supporting training, communication and business development, monitoring and developing supply chain quality performance, and contributing to efficiency, risk reduction and net-zero goals.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar quality assurance focused role is required. Proven ability to manage audits, investigate non-conformance and implement corrective actions effectively.
About you
You are proactive and detail-oriented with strong stakeholder engagement skills. You have good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and the ability to use industry recognised standard software systems. You are committed to upholding safety, integrity, client focus, and continuous improvement values within your work.
Qualifications
Educated to HNC/HND level or country equivalent as a minimum, ideally in an industry related subject or equivalent qualification.
