About the Role
Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. As a Quantity Surveyor supporting Water Storage Point projects, you will provide commercial support to the NEC PM/Commercial Lead, managing the administration of potentially 30 to 50 projects by the end of March 2027. You will ensure all procurement (1st and 2nd tier) and contract administration activities are completed promptly to avoid disruption to the programmed works. This role requires close collaboration within a fast-paced programme environment, delivering high-quality commercial management and supporting major infrastructure projects within the water sector.

Experience
- NEC4 PSC commercial management experience
- Background in infrastructure, water sector or major programmes
- Experience within consultancy environments
- Knowledge of cost management, CE assessment, defined cost and fee mechanisms

About you
Detail-oriented with strong contractual and analytical skills. Proactive, collaborative and able to operate effectively in fast-paced programme environments.

Qualifications
- Degree or Masters in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
- Professional membership: RICS, CICES, CIArb or equivalent (preferred)
- NEC4 accredited or trained (highly desirable)
