About the Role
This new facility is dedicated to bulking, treatment, and transfer of waste materials collected from local businesses and householders. It also processes the shredding of residual waste to produce refuse derived fuel (RDF). As an RDF Operative, you will play a key role in operating mobile plant, baler, and shredder equipment to ensure efficient processing. You will be responsible for meeting turnaround times related to tipping and loading vehicles, inspecting all input and output materials, reporting any non-conforming loads, and ensuring quality meets customer specifications. Maintaining a clean and safe facility environment by cleaning up spillages and completing all related documentation accurately and timely is essential. Experience
Previous operational or manual handling experience is required.

About you
You must hold a Yellow Plant Licence with loading shovel experience being essential. You should be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively within a team environment.
