About the Role
Are you interested in renewable heating technology and the challenges associated with selling heat pumps? Join Midsummer Energy, a fast-growing distributor of renewable energy components including heat pumps, solar PV systems, battery storage, and electric vehicle chargers. Operating from offices in Cambridge, Glasgow, and Dublin, we combine product distribution with cutting-edge in-house software solutions to support our customers and sales teams.
In this role, you will support the Sales and Administrative teams within the Sustainable Heating Division by handling customer enquiries and orders. Your main responsibilities will include speaking to customers by phone, managing emails, processing online orders, assisting with payments, and resolving stock or design queries. You will liaise with the operations team to manage delivery and logistics enquiries.
This entry-level sales position offers early responsibility within a small, dynamic team where your contributions will have immediate impact. You will work alongside both office and warehouse teams in a friendly environment that values teamwork and sustainability. Experience
Some experience in sales activities or relationship building is advantageous but not essential. A willingness to learn and a customer-focused approach are highly valued.
