About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, and enthusiastic Second Climbing Arborist to join our dedicated arboriculture team based in North Aston. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their career in arboriculture. You will undertake arboricultural operations safely and efficiently, following instructions from Team Leaders and Lead Climbers. Key responsibilities include performing basic aerial tree work unsupervised and more complex aerial work under guidance, supporting Team Leaders with ground team organisation and site setup, maintaining tidy sites, sharing knowledge with junior team members to promote best practice, and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations. A strong team ethic and professionalism with colleagues and clients is essential.

Experience
- Demonstrated safe and competent climbing skills
- Extensive climbing experience with relevant NPTC qualifications (CS 30, 31, 32, 38, and 39)
- Experience running a ground team and managing rigging requirements
- Emergency First Aid + F certificate
