About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Gardener to join our professional Garden Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and capable of hard, physical work with strong knowledge of gardening practices and plants. This role requires enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive client interface. Key responsibilities include maintaining clients' gardens to a consistently high standard, prioritising jobs, taking a lead role in productivity and technical practices on site, liaising with clients in a polite, friendly and professional manner, risk assessing maintenance practices daily, completing tasks efficiently and productively with appropriate time allocation, creating and implementing seasonal plans for clients' gardens, and supporting and leading other team members as required. Experience
3-4 years of gardening experience

About you
Organised and efficient with a commercial understanding. Enthusiastic, able to communicate well, and comfortable liaising with clients. Capable of leading and supporting team members. Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence.

Qualifications
Desirable qualifications include RHS certification, confidence using trailers, and relevant certifications such as PA1/PA6 and chainsaw qualifications.
