Our Mobility team is expanding and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager to join our Ports Sector. You will champion safety first, ensuring safe and compliant delivery by applying strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. You will promote an inclusive, wellbeing-focused culture and manage delivery aligned to strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing contracts, costs, and client reporting, ensuring ethical, compliant, and sustainable operations. You will drive net zero and carbon reduction initiatives and lead teams to foster excellence and continuous improvement. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and stakeholder management within large, diverse project teams.

Experience
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent.
- Professional membership or working towards MRICS/RICS or equivalent professional development.
- Experience in business development.
- Developed commercial and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contract law, and contractual frameworks related to construction.
- Experience leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
- Developing experience managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of how carbon and sustainability considerations influence project outlooks.
