About the Role
Are you ready to take your ecological expertise to the next level? Join our dynamic, close-knit Ecology team at BWB Consulting, where every voice matters and your work makes a real difference. We are small enough to feel like family, yet large enough to take on exciting, impactful projects that enhance the natural environment. Recognised as ACE Best Large Consultancy of the Year 2022 and accredited with Investors in People and Investors in Wellbeing, our award-winning culture is built on excellence, collaboration, and sustainability.

As a Senior Ecologist, you will be a key player in delivering innovative, practical, and cost-effective ecological solutions that make a real impact. You will lead ecological services across all stages of the development cycle, including bat survey programmes and providing specialist bat ecology advice. Your role will also involve completing biodiversity net gain metrics, advising clients on best practices, managing and delivering projects sourced directly by BWB, and collaborating across teams on high-profile projects.

You will mentor and develop early-career ecologists, sharing your expertise and driving forward ecological innovation while balancing client needs. This is your opportunity to shape extraordinary places that truly make a difference for nature, people, and communities.
