About the Role
Valoris Group is partnering with a growing renewable energy contractor seeking a Senior Electrician with Quantity Surveying (QS) experience to support their Solar PV division. This critical role focuses on MCS compliance and quality sign-off. The successful candidate will attend Solar PV sites to inspect completed installations, work alongside the Site Supervisor (SS), and help clear a backlog of jobs to enable the business to lift their current MCS suspension.
This position is initially offered on a temporary to permanent contract basis, with a clear pathway to a permanent role. The role requires hands-on electrical work combined with compliance and quality assurance responsibilities.

Experience
- Fully qualified Electrician
- Strong background in Solar PV installation
- Previous QS or compliance responsibility within renewables
- Solid understanding of MCS requirements and certification
- Ability to manage inspections, paperwork, and technical sign-off
- Professional and confident in client-facing environments
