About the Role
LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider, dedicated to delivering excellence and trusted services to customers worldwide. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Sustainability Reporting to lead the successful delivery of LSEG's workforce reporting programme under CSRD, starting from FY2025. This role is critical in ensuring the organisation meets its reporting obligations through accurate, transparent, and comprehensive quantitative and qualitative disclosures.
Reporting to the Director, People Data Governance & Business Intelligence, you will drive collaboration across the People Function to embed reporting excellence and support strategic decision-making. You will lead the delivery of workforce reporting under ESRS S1 (CSRD), partner closely with the CSRD Programme Team, and work with subject matter experts to address reporting gaps. Your responsibilities will include establishing robust controls, supporting data integration, driving assurance readiness, coordinating reporting cycles, engaging subsidiaries, and managing the Senior Analyst, Workforce Sustainability Reporting.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering regulatory reporting on workforce metrics
- Hands-on involvement in project or programme management
- Expertise in HR processes or workforce analytics and reporting
- Senior stakeholder management with the ability to lead through influence

Qualifications
- Knowledge of data governance practices within financial services or technology companies is desirable

- Familiarity with CSRD and sustainability disclosure good practices preferred
- Experience with Workday and reporting via data warehouses is a plus
