About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the successful delivery of LSEG's workforce reporting programme under CSRD, starting from FY2025. This role ensures the organisation meets its reporting obligations through accurate, transparent, and comprehensive quantitative and qualitative disclosures. You will drive collaboration across the People Function to embed reporting excellence and support strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Director, People Data Governance & Business Intelligence, you will lead the delivery of workforce reporting under ESRS S1 (CSRD), partner closely with the CSRD Programme Team, and collaborate with subject matter experts to address reporting gaps. You will establish and maintain robust controls, support data integration, drive assurance readiness, coordinate reporting cycles, engage subsidiaries, and manage and mentor the Senior Analyst, Workforce Sustainability Reporting (CSRD). You will also report progress, risks, and milestones to key governance groups with clarity and transparency.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering regulatory reporting on workforce metrics
- Hands-on project and programme management involvement
- Expertise in HR processes or workforce analytics and reporting
- Senior stakeholder management with the ability to lead through influence

- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Technology savvy with knowledge of data governance practices, ideally within financial services or technology companies
- Ability to manage and mentor team members effectively
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CSRD and sustainability disclosure good practices is desirable
- Experience with regulatory change programmes is advantageous
- Familiarity with Workday and reporting via data warehouses is preferred
