About the Role
At Too Good To Go, we have an ambitious mission: to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. More than one third of all food produced globally is wasted, contributing to 10% of greenhouse gas emissions. Through our marketplace app, we connect businesses with surplus food to consumers who can buy it at one third of retail value. Alongside the app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions, and influence legislation to reduce food waste. Our community of 120 million registered users and 180,000 active partners across 20 countries have already saved over 500 million meals from going to waste.
We are growing fast and looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Analytics and Center of Excellence team, embedded in our newly formed Pricing team in London. Pricing shapes partner earnings, consumer costs, and the amount of surplus food saved. As the analytical lead of the Pricing team, you will work closely with the Senior Product Manager for Pricing to tackle complex marketplace pricing challenges influenced by supply-demand dynamics, partner economics, and consumer behavior.
Your mission is to ensure every pricing decision is grounded in rigorous measurement to maximize surplus food saved and grow value for Too Good To Go, our partners, and consumers. You will lead discovery and deep dives into dynamic pricing logic, consumer service fees, partner price recommendations, and Key Account pricing. You will design and evaluate pricing experiments, apply quasi-experimental methods where randomization is not possible, and translate short-term price responses into long-term outcomes such as retention, meals saved, and gross merchandise value.
You will define tracking and instrumentation requirements, enable self-service pricing performance dashboards, collaborate with Data Scientists and cross-functional teams, communicate findings to senior stakeholders including the Global Management Team, and take end-to-end ownership from problem framing to impact evaluation.
