You will be responsible for delivering excellence through robust systems and client-focused outcomes; upholding integrity while managing budgets, risks, and sustainable impact; managing teams collaboratively and driving innovation and performance against strategic KPIs; overseeing project management, technical services, and external resources; collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors for delivery; championing safety first by embedding Mace’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing framework; and driving programme, design, procurement, and construction to completion.

Experience
Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes. Property or infrastructure project management expertise. Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams. Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.

About you
Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Commercial and financial acumen. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
