About the Role

Join our Analytical Methods & Metabolism (AMM) team as a Senior Technical Environmental Fate Metabolism Expert and Team Leader, where you will lead a collaborative group of study managers and technical experts to elucidate the metabolic fate of active ingredients in the environment. You will drive technical excellence, foster team development, and build strong partnerships with Contract Research Organisations (CROs) to deliver critical data that supports the global registration of sustainable crop protection technologies, including our innovative TYMIRIUM® technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team to develop talent and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the AMM team
- Generating expert scientific insights from environmental fate metabolism data and translating complex results for stakeholders
- Providing technical leadership and resolving analytical challenges
- Ensuring study designs meet evolving global regulatory standards
- Managing resources and timelines effectively
- Building and maintaining strong CRO partnerships to ensure timely data delivery

Experience
- Significant experience conducting environmental fate metabolism studies for global regulatory submissions
- Deep technical expertise in compound metabolism in the environment
- Proven people leadership experience including coaching and mentoring scientific staff
- Experience generating key insights from complex data and presenting to diverse stakeholders
- Active collaboration with industry colleagues, CROs, or regulatory agencies
- Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills in scientific experiments
