£42,740.88 per annum, with an annual performance bonus plus Veolia benefits and pension

About the Role
As a Service Delivery Manager at Veolia, you will organise resources including people, vehicles, and equipment to maximise efficiency while prioritising the well-being of our team and service to customers and communities. You will ensure all training and competency checks are in place for every role and monitor operational performance, addressing complaints and solving operational challenges promptly. You will lead the delivery of a first-time collection culture and meet all contractual performance KPIs, including updating LLPG information.

You will build and maintain excellent day-to-day relationships with client officers and residents based on trust and service delivery. Ensuring operations comply with Veolia Minimum Requirements and supporting improvement plans will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will investigate safety incidents, underperformance, and disciplinary matters to uphold high standards.

Experience
Proven experience in developing and mentoring people. Strong multi-faceted stakeholder relationship management skills, including working with clients, contractors, and members.

Qualifications
Desirable qualifications include Waste Management knowledge, IOSH Managing Safely certification, and an HGV licence.
