Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week (plus 1 in 7 weekends and public holidays).

Salary
£41,200 per year plus bonus scheme, use of company van, pension and other Veolia benefits.

About the Role
Are you ready to make a difference and help the world take better care of its resources? As a Street Cleansing Service Delivery Manager at Veolia, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services that contribute to ecological transformation and community wellbeing. You will ensure all staff strictly follow health and safety procedures, carry out regular field inspections, and maintain safe, clean, and operable resources. You will manage and monitor incidents, accidents, and defects promptly, ensuring thorough investigations and reporting. Your role includes updating and managing contract information systems to ensure timely resolution of tasks and issues in line with service level agreements. You will liaise with Contract Management, administrators, and other departments to address service issues and implement improvements. Additionally, you will assist in managing sickness and absence levels, support fleet cleanliness, investigate accidents or damages, and identify training needs to support career development within the company. You will also contribute to achieving performance indicators aligned with Veolia’s strategic plan and assist with budget management related to street services.
